AI systems do not understand abstract concepts. They don’t have the power to understand and work with ideas that are not physically present, such as justice, love, and morality.  

AI can develop unique content based on patterns in data, but it cannot be creative in the same way humans can. AI systems do not have sentiments or consciousness, they are not competent in experiencing emotions and they do not have self-awareness.  

AI systems struggle to analyze the delicacy of communication and language that are affected by context. They cannot use common sense reasoning in new cases. They are unable to make decisions and predictions based on the data they have been trained on. 

While it’s obvious that there are a lot of complications that AI struggles to master and thus would be safer for the employees to search for their careers, these alone won’t stop a tragedy for the battalions if employees are replaced from roles that will be easier for AI.  

Jobs that AI can’t replace

Decision-making, strategic thinking, the power to inspire, motivate, and make teams and the development of ethical techniques are areas of strength where AI still has restrictions it may never shed. 

5. Therapists and Counselors

The therapy and counselling field has jobs that AI can’t replace. Roles comprising active listening, mental health support, counselling and understanding of human emotions. The capacity to develop a trusting relationship, adjust to individual requirements and provide personal guidance makes these careers highly dependent on human interaction.  

6. Lawyers and Judges
